Special Section: Tech Cards
Tech cards are situational cards, meaning they are used only if certain situations were to arise. Examples are Goop Gas Attack for mimes and Erika's Jiggly, or Mary, used to put back 2 of your most important cards back into the deck before oaking. Tech cards usually include up to 2 only.

Advice:
NEVER INCLUDE ONLY ONE OF A CERTAIN CARD. Unless they are tech cards, having only one of a card renders it almost useless in the deck as there is a very low chance of getting it. Include only one evolution line at most, never more. Only in rare situations can there be more than one line in the deck. And always remember to include enough card-drawing power and search-cards.

*These Guidelines are for decks in general. Certain decks may need a different format e.e. Raindance, Hayfever, Stall.
